These terms apply to our website and to the mentoring services we provide. By using the website or our services, you agree to them.
1. About us
Raapid Caapid ("we", "us") helps dentists trained outside the United States prepare for US advanced-standing DDS/DMD programs.
ADEA CAAPID is a service of the American Dental Education Association. Raapid Caapid is not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to ADEA or any dental school.
2. The free consultation
Booking a free consultation is free and creates no obligation for you or for us. We aim to contact you within 1 working day. If, after the call, you want to work with us, we will agree the details with you in writing before you enroll.
3. Our services
- We provide mentoring, document reviews, session guidance, and help keeping track of your journey and deadlines.
- The scope, duration, fees and any refund terms of a service are set out in the written agreement you accept when you enroll. If that agreement and these terms differ, the agreement applies.
- Your access to our services continues for 2 months after you are accepted into a program, unless your agreement says otherwise.
4. No guarantee of admission
Admission decisions are made only by the schools. We do not guarantee admission, interview invitations, exam results, or any other outcome. Our guidance is based on our experience and on information available at the time.
5. Your responsibilities
- Accurate information: give us accurate, complete information and keep it up to date.
- Your own work: your application, personal statement, essays and other documents must be your own work. Our mentors review them and give feedback; they do not write them for you. You are responsible for following ADEA CAAPID's and each school's rules, including any certification that your application is your own.
- Deadlines and submissions: you are responsible for submitting your applications, paying any fees to third parties, and meeting deadlines. We show dates to help you, but always confirm dates and requirements on the official ADEA CAAPID and school websites.
- Your account: your account is for you alone. Keep your password private and do not share your access.
6. School and process information
School details, requirements and deadlines change. We work to keep our information correct, but we cannot promise that it is complete or current. Always check with the school.
7. Saved application portal logins
If you choose to save an application portal login so your mentors can review an application with you:
- you confirm that you are allowed to share it, and you remain responsible for your account on that portal;
- our mentors will use it only to review your application with you, and will not write or change your essays;
- you can delete it at any time, and it is deleted automatically on the date you choose.
How we protect these logins is described in our Privacy Policy.
8. Sessions
Sessions take place by video call at the agreed time. You can change or cancel a session up to the cut-off shown when you book. After that, ask your mentor. We do not record sessions unless everyone in the session agrees beforehand.
9. Our content and your content
- Our materials (guides, study material, practice questions and other content) are for your own personal use while you have access. Please do not copy, share or sell them.
- Your documents remain yours. You allow us to store and use them only to provide our services to you.
10. Acceptable use
Do not misuse the website or our services: no attempts to break in, disrupt or overload them; no harmful, unlawful or misleading content; and no use of our services to submit work that is not your own.
11. Third-party services
We use third-party services such as video calling and WhatsApp. Your use of those services is also governed by their own terms.
12. Limitation of liability
We provide our website and services with reasonable care and skill. To the extent the law allows:
- we are not liable for decisions made by schools, ADEA or other third parties;
- we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses;
- our total liability to you is limited to the fees you paid us for the service concerned.
Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be excluded.
13. Ending access
You can stop using our services at any time. We may suspend or end access if these terms are seriously broken. What happens to fees in that case is set out in your enrollment agreement.
14. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of [GOVERNING LAW], and disputes will be handled by the courts of [JURISDICTION], unless the law where you live gives you the right to use your local courts.
15. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We will change the effective date above and, for significant changes, tell learners by email.
